Bison Tenderloin Steaks
People today lead increasingly hectic lives. Business meetings, kids’ activities, travel schedules and other events seem to spin out of control. Meals are snatched between appointments, and consumed behind the wheel.

A growing legion of the public is beginning to rebel against the hectic, fast food culture. They recognize that food – and the experience of cooking, presenting and savoring food – represents a healthy, wholesome and enjoyable alternative to the modern out-of-control lifestyle.

To those we say, “Welcome to the world of Bison”.

There’s nothing rushed about American bison. Animals grow naturally on the rolling landscapes that evolved under thousands of years of grazing by…well…bison. Bison haven’t been pushed beyond the limits that Mother Earth intended.

And perhaps that’s why bison tastes so delicious and is a healthy food choice. Bison meat is healthy because animals are healthy….raised naturally without added growth hormones or antibiotics.
Bison will never be just another meat commodity. Instead it will always occupy a special part of the red meat marketplace.

America’s finer restaurants are adding bison to their menus to offer their patrons a unique and flavorful dining experience. Leading chefs enjoy working with the sweet, robust flavor of bison meat.

Home chefs are catching on to bison’s attributes as well. Entertaining carries a little extra pizzazz when bison is at the center of the table. Families are incorporating bison into their meals seeking a healthy and delicious alternative.

We are dedicated to raising bison because we respect and enjoy bison’s natural connection with the land, and want everyone to share in that connection.

We invite you into the world of bison. Take time to enjoy the great flavor of bison – America’s original red meat.

Is it Bison or Buffalo?
Many of us know and refer to these magnificent animals as the American Buffalo – a name given by the early European settlers of North America. However, the scientific name for this same animal is Bison, bison. Buffalo and bison have been used interchangeably when referring to the great North American bison.
